In GOOD condition, but there are some condition issues. Minor cover and edge wear. There are a very small number of stains on the pages. The largest issue is that the spine glue is dried out and some pages/parts of the text block (signatures) are coming detached. At least one is already detached.

This book is beautifully illustrated with a perfect Halloween design scheme. The cover features two small bats in the upper corner and most illustrations have an orange and black color scheme. An impressive book.
