have uploaded photos of underneath...

in north london - i have loved this car, driven and kept garaged/stored since ive had it (2010)
its been dry stored in devon the last 4 years which i pay for and not using it - so ive just transported it back to london for sale...
ive looked after this, regular oil/filter/sevicing, its got new spark plugs, cambelt changed last year, less than 100 miles driven, new battery, viscous coupling
droplinks, most bushes, etc replaced recently too - over 600 alone spent replacing sub frame bushes, expensive poly ones, will probably outlive the car - lovely smooth ride, starts on the button (even after being left for a while), six pot engine sounds great, i use Wynns additive once a year - i used to take it to saul at e30partz n london and he commented that i had a good e30, with a manual gearbox it pulls, drives and performs as it should - sweet - and the clutch has been changed in my time, with not much mileage done since - power steering checked, all good, re crimped and tightened pipes - 107668 miles

scorpion chrome back box, used replacement exhaust, incl hard to find mid box, comes with the car - i have it on 15" black wheels
car is being sold with a decent set of 15" bbs alloys, with centre caps, ive got 4 useable tyres you can have if you want them
ive driven it lightly mileage is just over 107,000 - recently replaced hood, in vgc, strong 'fresh' canvas, good seals, clear screen and watertight
i had the seats and carpets taken out last year, floor pan was inspected, treated and is in excellent condition, dyed the carpets black whilst it was out too!
sourced and replaced chrome bumpers last year, far from perfect and a little pitting but they do the job - and its got a new bonnet soundproofing liner
interior is in vgc, doorcards, trim etc, uncracked dash! drivers side knee panel missing, working sony cd/radio, good little speakers in the front and both rear speaker panels present - recaro black leather interior in good condition, a little wear drivers bolster but nothing to worry about yet, not sure the headrests are leather but i stick them in the boot just incase (ive put a different lock on the boot to keep valuables safe when parked with hood down!) - ive conditioned the leather but in could do with a fresh 'black wax' and polish, all stuff in the boot along with brilliant stuff to do the hood with - theres some new roundels, grommets and bits and pieces in the boot too (full tool kit and spare bmw tool roll) and a good 'bottletop' spare wheel

bodywork is good, sills, wheel arches, wings doors all good - there is a small ding on a wing - i had some surface rust around scuttle vents, door, and under rear panel done last year when i changed the bumpers - the boot, chipped, has some surface rust, i was advised better to get a new lid rather than restore so car comes with one, with spoiler, if you wish to do that, theres also some surface rust on the boot edging and a seam at the back that i would have sorted out if i was keeping it
ive just noticed today theres a blemish on the bonnet but no rust, so that will in time need doing too

electrically all working, good heater - windscreen wipers can be little slow, easily sorted its not the motor, two sets of keys, fortress lock (2 keys) , old mots, tax disc, bills and e30 manual - one fog lamp is cracked, battery tray needs attention (common problem with these) but its not too bad, boot and horseshoe stuts need renewing, brakes working fine - but replacing all would have been a future project - ive been honest and will add more as we go along - its by no means a show car but he is beautiful and will need future tlc - perhaps please only bid if youve got a garage?
drivers inside door handle surround and door mirror backing plate present but needs fixing on
ive not had the opportunity to polish it inside or out - so thats for you and your new car bonding :)

oh and its totally unmolested/unmodified - only 4 previous owners and yes, the last was a sweet older lady :)
i wouldnt let it go but thanks to ulez restrictions...   not sure why but everyone calls him freddy!

new MOT two days ago - fitted new front shock absorbers £400
ive spent over 3k on this in the last two years...
and a good deal more than that paying for storage and keeping it dry over the years

will need collection soon please, preferably by next weekend as im paying for it to be kept off road - bloody ulez!

to the lucky winner, 500 bank deposit and cash balance please - im old school, we pay cash for cars!

it will need collecting from the hampstead/gospel oak area north london

finally, theres nothing quite like pulling up a country pub or any other destination and see how glad people are - it really is a joy to drive!

and please, no timewasters!
