We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your system or software as we do not provide technical support for setup, installation or any user related issues.

We do not include remote controls, manuals, drivers, adapters or software unless specified in the description.

As with all used electronics, we always recommend replacing the battery to increase charge time as we can’t be held responsible for a “used” product’s battery’s life span.

All returns MUST have original packaging and original box we shipped to you for a refund, no exceptions.

We do not honor any returns unless product arrived DOA (Damaged On Arrival) and you have contacted us first. If you have any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.
