Vintage 1960's - early 1970's - Neon Hot Pink Colorway Hawaiian, Hawaii Bright Large Scale Floral Fabric

One piece, uncut, never used.  Measures 62 inches long x 43 inches selvage width.

Unbranded vintage.

I swear I had a favorite neon bikini made out of this type of fabric over 50 years ago.  It has a crepe type finish, and most often I see it called "dress bark-cloth" in vintage fashions that are usually Hawaiian or retro style long skirts.  See the photos showing the close-ups of the weave.  It is a light to medium weight fabric with no sheerness to it.  Very suitable for apparel and accessories.

No holes or tears..... this is at least 50 years old, and there is a dust line mark near the center vertical fold that runs for about 12" -  just about the length of the fold that was exposed in the closet it sat in for the last few decades.  I also found a couple of small light spots that didn't go thru to the back.  No smoke odor, but I would recommend pre-washing before using.  Integrity seems quite good. Please see photos to complete description.  Colors may differ between monitors, but I can for sure say that it is very bright pink and on my monitor it looks the same as it does in person.

Shipping:  USPS with tracking, insurance.
