Whilst not published in the UK, I have been advised that the story was part of the "Tybalt" series printed in the Swedish comics Fantomen/Phantom or Agent X9. "Tybalt" was an adventure comic produced for the Swedish Phantom magazine 1990–2002. The creators were Norman Worker  and Ian Kennedy. It originally began as the series "Hunter" in Agent X9 in the late 1980s, but after seven episodes the concept was reworked and became "Tybalt" which was moved over to The Phantom.

To avoid any confusion these are not the original drawings, but they did belong to the artist himself.
