Not sure how this survived in the loft as it is very delicate with swirling garlands around him, there is some minor damage on his head gear, the flower I think should have leaves on it but both sides are not there, but this is hardly noticeable but I have shown it in the photos.  It is a statue of Lu the god of prosperity in Chinese culture, he is holding what appears to be a scroll, and he seems to be standing on water with shells to the base.  This is a very vibrant piece, the blue and white and motifs are all over the body of the piece and all around the back, this is a piece to be seen from all angles.  I have tried to take lots of photos but if you need more just ask, sizes are in the photos as well.  This is a heavy figurine, it weighs over a kilo on its own, for postage I will wrap and box and then do this again to insulate it to avoid damage, this adds to the weight hence the slightly higher cost to post.

We moved to our new house in 2020, sadly the previous owner had died, we moved in and the loft and garage had hardly been touched, and there are boxes everywhere, so we are going through them, popping bits on here and other bits to charity etc. This does mean that we don't know much about any of the pieces but I have tried to look bits up but please ask any questions and I will try to help.  I am slowly going through the loft, as time allows with work, so please have a look at my other items as I am trying to get them listed, please do ask if you have any questions and I will try to help though I may not always have the answer.
