In good, used condition. I bought this 2nd hand and have barely used it. It's been safely stored in a case. complete with both end caps and 1.25" adapter. Comes complete with original box and leather effect pouch (which had seen better days when I got it, so I never used it).

There's some marring to the inside of the barlow, this was there when I got it. It had no impact that I could see on the image quality, but that's why I've started this with such a low price for a premium barlow.
