Payment and shipping:
Under normal circumstances items will be dispatched within one working day of payment being received and cleared.
This is for orders where payment is received and cleared before 10am - working days only.
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us asap as we are not able to cancel an order once it has been dispatched (normally within one working day) If the item has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. In all other cases we will require you to post the item back to us first.

No carrier is perfect and there are instances where your items may go missing or be delayed which we have no control over most courier guidelines state that if the item has not been delivered within 15 working days it can be deemed lost in all instances please email us via e-bay and we will do all we can to help resolve any problems

Returns: If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can simply return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. Products returned must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging (If any).
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Once your item is received and inspected we will refund your full payment within 2-4 working days.
