I'm certain this is a new, unwashed jacket, most probably a return to a retail store, which was donated to a non-profit resale shop. Possibly purchased and never worn. As you can see by the crisp inside paper tag- it has not been laundered ( do not dry clean).  Either way it is the same as new, perfect condition. No flaws. 2 zipper pockets + full frontal zipper. 100% Nylon outer. 100% Polyester lining.

Measurements: Men's current L : 24" across chest from armpit seam to seam (48" around). 18" shoulder to shoulder. 27.5" long in front, 27.5" long in back.
