The remote doesn’t belong to this model, but it can operate - “power on/off, open tray, close tray, play, pause, stop, forward, rewind, next chapter , previous chapter” functions. If you want to go to side B using the remote, you can navigate to the last chapter on side A and then wait till the side finish, then it automatically plays side B. From there you can navigate to any chapter on side B by pressing chapter selection buttons ( |<< or >>| ).

240V Laserdisc player, plugs directly into the mains power when used in Australia. It has voltage selector at the rear side if you wish to use the same at other locations where different voltages are used. Brand is Sony. Model is MDP-A600K. I have no idea how the Karaoke functions are operated, that doesn’t mean those functions are faulty, you might require the original remote to enjoy the full functionality of the Karaoke to operate. As a laserdisc player or a CD player, this is a fantastic device. Made in Japan, but has Australian power plug. Works well, cosmetically good - minor marks could be found. Plays only NTSC discs.
