1997 BMW M3 Sedan 5 speed
196k miles
Arctic silver exterior
Dove gray leather interior

I am the 2nd owner.  I have owned the car for around 5 years.  I've owned several E36 M3's over the years, but this has been my favorite.  The handling is phenomenal, it feels very powerful/quick, and the car is a real joy to drive.

Bid with confidence!  I've included dozens of high resolution photos so you know exactly what you're getting.  I'm a trustworthy seller - I have been selling on Ebay for years, and have excellent feedback.  I have a set a very reasonable reserve price.

Clean title in my name.  Buyer is responsible for shipping or pick-up.  $500 deposit due at close of auction, and remaining balance due within 7 days.  Sold as-is.   Car is also for sale locally, and auction may end at any time.  Please do not bid unless you have the funds.

The following represents my understanding of the car's condition...

M-sport steering wheel
Clutch replaced at 179,000 miles

Upgrades and work done by current owner:
Bimmerworld ASC-delete power boot
Water pump, thermostat, hoses, belts
Blower motor ventilation fan replaced
Brake light switch replaced
Throttle cable replaced

Exterior
Good body with no significant dings or dents.  Paint in good condition for its age.  Various rock chips and imperfections on the front bumper and front edge of the hood.  Small spots in the paint on the driver's side lower door.  Some cracking and touch-ups on the rear bumper.

Interior
No cracks in the dash or tears/holes in the leather.  Wear evident on seats and door panels, with some discoloration.  Some discoloration and stains in the carpeting, mostly on driver's side.  Headliner was replaced at some point years ago, but there is one area in the back that is starting to re-loosen.

Air conditioning, heat, cruise control, sunroof, and power windows all work.

Car starts, stops, shifts, and drives as it should.

No leaks evident on garage floor where it has been sitting.

Borla exhaust is not particularly loud.  I'm old, and I don't find it objectionable. KW coilovers are fantastic.  Ride and handling are of course subjective but it feels like the perfect sports sedan to me.

Battery is old, but has been kept on a smart charger when not in use and seems to be fine.
Airbag light is on (I believe the driver's airbag has been unplugged).
Traction control and ASC light are on because of performance ASC delete module.
Check engine light is on due to secondary air pump delete.
Tires are old.
