Card is in near mint condition* and has been kept in a sleeve and top loader to ensure that it has been well protected. 

Please note that if the card has been purchased on Late Friday, the Weekend, or a Canadian Holiday, it will be shipped out on the next business day. If purchased on a weekday, it will be shipped the next day.
