This is a beautiful black velvet skirt from an unknown maker in size 14-please see the measurements below for an accurate fit. This luxurious feel skirt is fully lined and is made of jet-back velvet. If you are in a cool climate for Christmas nothing suits the occasion better than velvet. The fully lined skirt has a waistband, back concealed zipper, no pockets, and a straight skirt with a back hemline split. The skirt is freshly hand laundered and in excellent condition.
