The aim of the book is developing mental math skills by using the algorithms  of the addition and subtraction!  These core skills are essential in obtaining a real proficiency in mental calculations and the deep understanding of mathematics.

The book consists of 7 chapters.  At the top of each page, there is a sample, demonstrating the algorithm of the correct calculation by using arrows and different fonts for digits flow. You should solve each problem on the page by following the samples step by step.  The student should also independently solve 6 quizzes to attain adequate practice and achieve real expertise. (An algorithm is a step-by-step procedure designed to achieve a certain objective).
