DEFINITE significant foxing/toning/damp staining, etc. throughout. One page loose and title page coming loose but otherwise binding fine. Also, crack in leather on spine edge but boards are still intact. Family record interesting -see photos- and of some historical value to Yorktown, NY, I believe. Hate to just simply toss this one.
