As seen in the pics, it’s perfectly sized for 1960’s era Washington cycle plates, which are smaller than today’s bike plates. The last pic shows a modern Oregon cycle plate - the holes DO NOT line up correctly for today’s cycle plates. It is meant specifically for 60’s WASH cycle plates.
