This was left in a house I bought about 20 years ago from a widow. She had been married in 1945 so was around when JFK was president. It’s been hanging in my basement storage room since. It was professionally framed in Weirton,WV. The tape they used to frame it is coming loose on the bottom. See picture. The frame measures 24 1/2” by 18 1/2”. Frame is black and note in picture that the black paint is wearing off. It is framed with real glass. I know nothing about the signature. See picture and note that the bottom of the picture is a little dirty under the signature and along the bottom only. Other than that the picture is perfect.
