IBM Employee Timecard, Badge Or ID

I believe this to be an employee timecard or ID badge.  It has old key punch holes in it and there is a picture of what appears to be an employee time clock on the card.  It could also be an ID badge because there is a hole in the top corner where a lanyard could have been.  This plastic card is from the IBM location of Rochester, Minnesota and was for an employee named G.A. Crowson who worked in the 357 Data Processing System division.  The card is in used shape, but very readable and the pictures are in very good shape.
