The vehicle is used.  All of the wheels on the truck and trailer rotate.  The canvas cab cover and the windshield are present and possibly glued in place.   The spare tire is present and removable.  The "landing gear" on the trailer are present and raise and lower as designed.

The vehicle has been used and has some real world dust.  Please check the photos.
