Up for sale is a a fully refurbished Mapex 14” x 5.5” deep wood snare drum.

Previous old wrap removed from shell, shell sanded and any other previous fixing holes plugged and glued closed. Shell painted by hand with a oil/wax based stain.

All hardware has been fully stripped down, cleaned/polished, then given a full service and checked, and then re-assembled back on drum.

While every effort has been made to remove any rust/pitting from chrome work on the drum, there may still be some present, albeit it minor.

Replica Mapex badge fitted to finish off shell.

To keep costs down, used heads have been fitted back and cranked them up nice and tight giving the drum a nice crisp sound.

All heads have been tuned with a 'Drum Dial', so drum sounds like it should!

High quality snare ribbon straps and 'Snappy' snare wires fitted
