New Old Stock. Missing tag but tag holder still attached.  Very small scratches and abrasions from hanging on the peg hooks with other scoops. As it is aluminum this will not affect the scoop. We have one and love it. We have included a photo with the other scoops we acquired in the same purchase for documentation.
