Vintage hazel Atlas nut chopper. There is a wooden disc in the bottom and I’m not sure if that is original to this design. The wooden disc does look like it is starting to split. I don’t see any chips or cracks in the glass. The red paint is chipping off the handle. Please review the photos for condition.
