Vintage 1962 Penn State Delta Phi Epsilon Sorority Navy Blue Sweatshirt Shirt
This belonged to my mother-in-law who graduated Penn State in 1964. Please see pictures carefully for condition. There is some sort of staining blended into the navy blue color, on the front. I didn't try to clean it. This would be a Women's Small perhaps even Petite today.
MEASUREMENTS:
Under arm to underarm laying flat, 19"
From armpit to end of arm cuff: 20"
From top of shoulder to bottom of sweatshirt: 23.5"
