There is a 11/32" vertical tear at the front lower spine edge, which has left 1/4" of the lower spine edge exposed -- plus wear & chipping to edges & corners, with creases, scratches, folds, lesser tears, browning pages, indentations, rub-wear, soiling etc -- penciled price/code front right inside cover -- spine shows NO lean & NO top to bottom spine crease -- overall condition Good Minus
