The mirror has a couple of superficial scratches.

You can't actually see them unless you look closely.

The mirror has a black hairline mark at the bottom.

This is not a scratch. 

The wood panel at the back has some discoloration.

Otherwise the mirror is in a good condition.

Lovely colour with a photo of a 1920's style car with a women standing next to it.

At the bottom it says "You can be the proud owner of our latest model"

There are no hooks for hanging the mirror.
