This is a vintage silver plated creamer and sugar bowl made by the Victor Silver Company.

They're sturdy restaurant / diner / hotel ware pieces.

The undersides are marked as shown.

Both pieces are in good condition without any breaks, some light tarnish and very little wear to the plating.

The creamer measures about 3-1/4" tall, 5" long from handle to spout and 3-1/4" wide, the 6 oz. sugar bowl is 2-1/4" tall, 4-1/2" long across the handles and 3-1/2" in diameter.
