Here is a lovely baby or child's ring in 10 karat yellow gold. Very fine detail. There are two little hearts, one on each side. It is size 4, with a diameter of 15mm. Weight is 0.7 grams. 

On the inside of the band are several tiny hallmarks that are too small to read, even with my loupe. But the ring has been tested, and it is 10k. I believe it is from the Victorian era.

Very good condition.
