Rope grease TW is a temporary corrosion protection agent for metallic surfaces (small metal parts) and for vehicle cavity preservation.

 

Application

Rope grease TW contains a solvent. After the solvent has evaporated, a thin, non-slip film is formed on the surfaces. Low viscosity for easy processing or application. When used correctly, the preserved surfaces are reliably protected against corrosion. Rope grease TW can be applied to cleaned metal surfaces at normal temperatures by spraying, dipping or brushing. A favorable processing temperature for surface application is around 25 to 35 °C. The preservative film forms after 2 to 8 hours if there is sufficient air movement. The temperature of the surface of the workpiece to be treated must be at least 3 °C above the dew point.

In the closed original container at a maximum of +30 °C. If stored below +10 °C, warm to 30 °C and homogenize before use.
