**Tablet has normal signs of wear from use. Wear includes some scuffs on back cover and edges. Screen is really clean, no major markings. Tablet turns ON fine. It connects to Wi-Fi. It also puts out sound. Buttons seem to function properly. Tablet charges and holds a charge. Main issue is the small section on the top of the touch screen that does not respond properly. I used the drawing app on tablet to show the issue.  Please refer to pictures for item's overall condition.**
