Vintage Knife Sharpener with Stag Handle

Handle appears to be stag or antler.  It has a couple of chips in the one end as seen in the photos.

Sharpener portion shows discoloration.

Overall measures 12-3/4" long.

Sharpener portion measures 8-1/2" long including bolster.
