(If the digital service the code is for still exists, that is.) The collectors box and original packaging sleeve are included. There is some wear on the sleeve, should be visible in the photos. Some wear on the corners of the box, also should be visible in the photo. Contents, cases, and DVDs are in excellent to very good condition and played last I tried.
