I'm placing this vintage formal from the 1960s to 1970s era.  The bodice and sleeves are falling apart, and the lower part of the skirt is quite stained. I believe the skirt is made from a thick taffeta fabric. What sets this piece apart is the AMAZING daisy trim at the waist, collar, and cuffs. It is orange and white daisies with a velvet green ribbon woven throughout.

I don't know how much of this piece can be restored, but it definitely has some potential.
