The head is based on an American HiFi amp believed to befrom the ‘50s. It has been converted into a guitar amp, estimated to be about5w. It performs very much like a Fender Champ but with slightly quickerbreak-up into overdrive. This amp has great tone, thanks to the verytransparent RCA 6SG7 pre-amp valve, paired with a warm 6V6GT power-amp valve,

I am also selling a Bell & Howell cab with Weber Classic10” alnico speaker (see my other listings). The cab was originally designed formovie sound stages. It works especially well with the 10” alnico speaker andwith this amp head.
