Overall it is in fair condition. It was played everyday until 4 years ago. 

There are a few marks and scratches here and there and I'm sure a good polish would really bring it up. 

There are also about 3 or 4 strings needing replacing.

I need to move it on soon as I'm reflooring and decorating the room.

I would love to find a good home for it.
