This is a used laptop in good cosmetic condition with light signs of normal use (scrapes, scratches, etc). 

Cooling fan can be slightly louder than what seems normal at times.

All of the built-in Dell ePSA hardware diagnostics have passed. 

Everything has been thoroughly tested and guaranteed to be fully functional (unless otherwise specified in this listing).

The system BIOS reports the battery health to be "Excellent".

BatteryInfoView software reports a minimum remaining charge capacity of 44,235 mWh out of the originally-designed 54,000 mWh (82% health remaining). However, no testing has been performed to assess actual useful battery life or discharge rate. Batteries are not guaranteed.

A 45W Dell charger is included.
