This was purchased for the Quake logo statue only so the rest of the set is brand new never used. The game is sealed and the other contents stayed in the box. The original plastic wrap on the box is still there just cut open on the top (see first photo). Shirt size is XL

Also included is the LRG card and the Quake Nine Inch Nails Record released a few years before the Ultimate Edition which is also sealed.

Both items will be shipped in the original box the game came in.
