NOT DAMAGED. The notch in the top is part

of the design. (I found one sold at auction that had the same notch).

It is bronze and extra large (dimensions in pics). It “gongs” by the ring hitting the side of the bell. It is large and heavy. It is signed by what looks like “rf”-SEE pic.
