Trike Kit Three Wheeler intermediate hub coaster brake.  113mm spacing.  Brake/Hub appears to be NOS.  It is not moving perfectly and should be serviced, has not been inspected.  Likely just needs adjustment from sitting on shelf for 25+ years.
