Our Principles and Practises: 

Although we are not expert appraisers or authenticators of vintage and antique pieces, we do methodically gather information from reputable auction houses, museums, experts in specific art domains, consultants who specialise in collectibles from different countries, authored studies, as well as a variety of online platforms. Where possible, we research each unique piece and endeavour to find out as many details as possible about their provenance. This is reflected in the type of product descriptions we include in each write-up. We also welcome suggestions to add updated research to our listings.

Commitment to Our Customers:

Each collectible is either an antique or vintage artifact. As such, there may sometimes be minor wear and tear, typical of older pieces. We do our best to carefully take photographs of items in their current condition to show imperfections or damage, where applicable. Our photographs are taken in high-resolution. This makes it easier for customers to zoom-in to have a clearer view of the item(s). Upon receiving your purchase, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping and Handling: 

We ship to the United States regularly. If expedited shipping is needed, kindly let us know before the purchase is made. We pack each item with the utmost care. Since we are an eco-friendly company, wherever possible, we reuse packing materials. When specified, the shipping fee covers postage and handling, insurance, packaging of items purchased, materials and time. We ship out purchases within 1-2 business days. We mainly use UPS. However, when more expedient and cost effective, we also use Purolator, DHL and Canada Post. All packages include tracking and insurance. Please ensure that the address listed on the account at the time of purchase is the same one where the item will be delivered. Due to the volume of pieces to be shipped, it is not possible to alter the destination address after payment has been received. For your convenience, we offer discounts on shipping when multiple purchases are made in our store. Please contact us prior to making your purchase for further information. International orders: Duties and taxes over and above the cost of the product and shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not assume responsibility for delays for international orders due to customs regulations.
