Alan Flusser Sport Coat Blazer in size 42R.  100% virgin Wool, Hand Tailored.  Buttons are gold tone metal - 2 on front, 3 on sleeves.  Classic center back vent.  2 front slit pockets and besom chest pocket.  Last picture shows 2 tiny pulls on bottom left sleeve.  No other flaws have I found.
