Uncleaned as found in excellent overall used condition with no foul smells, sticky material, rips, holes or tears. Normal wear from use and age. Very clean in general inside and out and underneath the tent and in new-like condition possibly only used once. 10 aluminum stakes included as shown. Different stakes were used to preserve the integrity of the original stakes. Rainfly seams are good. Tent measures 7' x 6.5' x 45" H and everything shown weighs 7 lbs 2 oz. Zippers and buckles work great. Main carry bag when stuffed measures 22" x 6.5" x 6.5".
