This handsome bracelet features ten large nephrite jade beads, weighing a total of 87 grams.

These nephrite jade beads originate from the Maliyan Jade Mine along the Kashqar River in Western China.

The largest bead measures 28mm in length. These vintage jade pieces were mined in the 1990s, during the mine's peak production period.

Using the hydrostatic method, I determined the density of these beads to be 2.91 g/cm³ (calculated as 8735/3001). The string was not removed during measurement, so the actual density is likely higher.

The actual color is the stones is darker than in the pictures.
