This is a stunning book called "Reminiscences of Newcastle, Iowa 1848 - A History of the Founding of Webster City, Iowa"  Narrated by Sarah Brewer-Bonebright and is written by her daughter Harriet Bonebright-Closz. This has 307 pages and is hardbound. the inside has some age spots, primarily on the first few pages - after that, very light near the top. The exterior has standard storage wear - very good for over 100 years old! But what makes this even more special is the letter glued into the back!! It is a letter written February 17, 1932 and sent to Miss Ruth Galvin, from Ames Iowa - sharing so she can share on her morning radio program! There is talk about her brother restoring their cabin on the back (you can read all around what was glued in). Absolutely brings this book to life! Very rare and hard to find book! No marks, folds or tears that I could find inside! Shipping is $8.90 via priority shipping to Continental USA. Thanks!
