This unit was purchased with a wholesale lot if goods. I have went through it to the best if my ability and find only one problem. No internet. Everything points to me updating drivers but I can't connect to the internet to do that.

Probably not too hard to get through on my own by using a flash drive and updating drivers but I am no longer in the IT business and just want to be done with it. I am on to collectibles now.


I was able to reload Windows 10 on the unit. Obviously it can take Windows 11 but without interest access I was unable to proceed with that installation. I experienced no problems whatsoever during install. The machine runs quiet. Is perfectly clean. Didn't need dusting. This unit is fresh! No physical flaws. Everything works as it shoukd short if the wireless connectivity.


I am leaving the 1TB SSD. I considered changing it out because it still shows the company under the logo on the startup screen but I saw a video on how to use dells website to remove that. So not to big if a deal there.


This unit will ship with a brand new Dell Keyboard, Dell mouse, Dell power Adapter, and Dell performance docking station WD19DCS 210w PD. All of those are new and unopened.


If I can't get my price, I will just go ahead and install the device drivers and update bios manually as well as remove the name on logo screen and sell this machine as working excellent condition. And fetch another 500.
