For USA shipping addresses, tracking and insurance are provided by the seller and we will ship by free Priority Mail for faster receipt. For International shipping addresses, insurance is provided (if possible to purchase) by the seller and the buyer pays for whichever shipping service is chosen plus any import duties, taxes, and charges. If needed, free returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days per eBay policies. The seller is responsible for return shipping. Unless the issue is shipping damage, the item needs to be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped and needs to be as securely packed as it was when received.
