A large wrought iron rim lock that is a left hand only lock. The lock measures 5-1/4" X 8 inches high and will fit a door that is 2-5/8 inches thick unless the round spindle is modified. The lock has an edge flange that is 7/8 inches long. The keeper is 1-3/4 inches wide and the brass key is a replacement part. I do believe this lock was from a church from the early to mid 1800's. The brass knobs do have some dents on the face as seen in the last picture.
