Our staff and volunteers are dedicated to promoting wellbeing and independence for over-50s, ensuring later life is a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. We pride ourselves in offering a local person-centred service to thousands of people across the districts of Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest.
Items can be returned to us within 30 days. If an item is faulty or you believe not as described please message us and we will try our best to sort it.
We aim to dispatch within 3 working days (but normally next day) and ship using Royal Mail or Evri / UPS via ebay packlink. All items come with a proof of postage or tracking number and will normally be sent second class. Please message us if you require a faster postage option or with special details. Payments through Paypal within 3 days of purchase. Larger items can be collected from our warehouse in Stourport-on-severn, once items have been paid for through eBay. We can not take cash or card payments at our warehouse. Please note that our eBay warehouse is not a shop for browsing items for sale.
