For your consideration is this lovely pair of handcrafted ,navy blue, reproduction high heeled shoes created especially for the 9", vintage, Madame Alexander Cissette. Please see listing for details.

These reproduction heels were created from castings taken from original, 1950s Madame Alexander Cissette heels. First, a silicone mold was cast around an original shoe base to create a mold. After the mold cures, the original base is removed, and acrylic resin is then poured into the mold to create a new shoe base. Once the new, plastic resin base is cured, the shoe is removed from the mold. 

 

 Any surface imperfections are corrected, and the shoes are then carefully finished with multiple coats of Krylon Fusion Enamel, or a similar product.

 

After the finish is fully cured, the elastic straps are secured in place, and the shoes are completed with handcrafted, double-layer satin liners.

 

This particular pair of Cissette heels have navy blue bases, with new , navy blue 1/8" elastic. The top layer of the handmade liners are white satin.

 

In order to prevent any confusion with original Madame Alexander Cissette heels, these shoes have all been identified as reproductions by the placement of a small, raised "R", discretely placed just in front of the heel, on the underside of the sole, ( last photo).

 

Shoes measure approx. (not including straps) :

 

1" long; horizontally

 

1 1/8" long; diagonally,( from top back of heel to tip of toe)

 

7/16" wide1/2" tall heel
