No chips, cracks, or scratches. Has some light scrapes on the bottom rim. The makers mark is all the way at the inside top of bell and hard to see. Please see photos.

**It is a good idea to check the lead, cadmium etc. content, of all dishes, pottery, glassware, metalware, wood, etc. especially vintage ones! Many dishes even newer ones and pottery have unacceptable lead content and and are not safe especially for children and pregnant women! Painted dishes are more prone to have lead. Chipped, cracked, or scratched dishes can leach lead. It would be better to use this for collector purposes only.
