CONDITION: You can see two areas that are torn, the larger approximately 9”. The large tear has been precariously stabilized by previous owner on the verso with some sort white tape, perhaps cut from a blank mailing label. You can see rough edges as well. There is some toning evident, especially to the border areas, and some minor soiling to the very lower part of the map. But, the colors on the map are well preserved and quite vibrant. Some wrinkling/ creasing is also evident. As indicated, this is a LITHOGRAPHIC PIECE, with the lithography produced by A. Hoen & Co, Baltimore, MD. SEE PHOTOS. This SCARCE map is being sold “as is” and will be shipped rolled, as found, in a tube.
